TENDER DESCRIPTION
Nationwide delivery and installation of office chairs. The contracting authority may request services of up to a maximum amount of 950,000 EUR (gross). (Maximum quantity within the meaning of the CJEU, 17.06.2021, C-23/20 - Simonsen & Weel) Once this value has been reached, no further orders can be placed under the framework agreement. The contractor is obliged to inform the contracting authority at any time upon its request and on its own initiative on a quarterly basis regarding the extent to which services have already been ordered and provided.
