1. Organisation - Participant management: Informing the members of the Citizens’ Advisory Board, as well as exchange and consultations with them; payment of compensation for expenses incurred; if necessary, replacement/appointment of successors in the event of members leaving, in accordance with the predetermined quota (gender, place of residence/region, age); - Meeting management: Preparing and conducting up to 4 Citizens’ Advisory Board meetings (in person) per year; scheduling dates in close coordination and with the involvement of the stakeholders involved; organisation of the event venues (consultations with the locations, arranging/providing, payments); organisation of catering services (to offer themselves or make available) 2.
