TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Organization - Participant management: Inform the members of the Citizens' Advisory Board as well as exchange and coordinate with them; payment of compensation for expenses; where applicable, replacement hiring in the event members withdraw in accordance with the defined quota (gender, place of residence/region, age); - Meeting management: Prepare and carry out up to 4 Citizens' Advisory Board meetings (in person) per year; scheduling in close coordination and with the involvement of the participating stakeholders; organization of event venues (coordination with locations, arrangement/provision, payments); organization of catering services (to offer and/or provide them themselves) 2. Moderation - Prepare, conduct and moderate 2 to 4 Citizens' Advisory Board meetings per year (if applicable, 1 to 2 “online meetings” per year) 3.
