Burosumab

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a medicinal product: burosumab 20 mg injection solution and burosumab 30 mg injection solution containing the active substance burosumab, known as Crysvita (hereinafter only “product”), for paediatric patients with X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets who meet all of the following criteria: 1) with a documented high serum concentration of FGF-23 2) with a genetically confirmed mutation in the PHEX gene 3) persistence of low hypophosphataemia despite long-term substitution with the maximum tolerated doses of phosphate solution and the active form of vitamin D 4) progression of bone deformities despite administration of the maximum tolerated doses of standard therapy (phosphates and vitamin D).
