TENDER DESCRIPTION

Business Riihimäki (hereinafter “the contracting authority” or “procuring entity”) requests your offer for the implementation of the head office construction. The construction site is a two-storey modular office building with a total floor area of at least 1,100 m². The head office shall meet the minimum requirements set out in the request for tenders and in Appendix 1: Description of the subject of procurement, and shall commit to producing the stated totalities at the total price given. In accordance with the plans, the upper storey of the head office shall include: - Private office premises - Open-plan office space - A solution including an accessible WC for staff - A break room The lower storey of the head office shall include: - A lobby area to be built in connection with the main entrance - An accessible WC premises solution for the lobby - A solution including an accessible WC for staff - Two meeting rooms - Open-plan office space - A distribution kitchen The subject to be procured is described in greater detail in Appendix 1: Description of the subject of procurement.
