TENDER DESCRIPTION

The economic and development company of the Tampere urban region, Business Tampere Oy, is putting out to tender finance, payroll and human resources administration services, as well as the information systems required to provide the services. The procurement is carried out on behalf of Business Tampere Oy, and Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is responsible for the procurement procedure. The aim of the procurement is to select a single contractor with overall responsibility that provides the client with finance and HR administration services, payroll services, and the system solutions supporting them as a single, integrated service entity. The procurement also includes implementation of the services, the required data migrations, and continuous maintenance and support services. The contract is valid until further notice. The objective is long-term cooperation with the supplier and development of the services and systems in accordance with the client’s needs. The procurement has not been divided into parts because the overall entity that is the subject of the procurement forms a functionally and technically uniform service entity, which is not intended to be divided into smaller parts.
