TENDER DESCRIPTION

Business Tampere Oy, the economic and development company for the Tampere urban region, is tendering finance, payroll, and human resources management services, as well as the information systems required to produce the services. The procurement is carried out on behalf of Business Tampere Oy, and the procurement procedure is handled by Tuomi Logistiikka Oy. The aim of the procurement is to select one overall responsible supplier that provides the contracting authority with finance and human resources management services, payroll processing, and the system solutions supporting them as a single service entity. The procurement also includes implementation of the services, the required data transfers, and ongoing maintenance and support services. The contract is valid until further notice. The aim is long-term cooperation with the supplier and the development of the services and systems in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs. The procurement has not been divided into lots because the overall entity that is the subject of the procurement forms a functionally and technically coherent service entity that is not expedient to split into smaller parts.
