TENDER DESCRIPTION

Zuyd is looking for three (3) contractors who can carry out coach transport services. With these contractors, Framework Agreements will be drawn up. As soon as Zuyd has submitted a request for coach transport, quotations will be requested from all three (3) contractors and the contract will be awarded based on the lowest price. The assignment includes transporting Zuyd staff and/or students by coach to and from various locations, both within the Netherlands and within the European borders. It concerns groups of persons of varying size and mainly day trips of varying duration. The coach transport includes, among other things, day trips, group outings and shuttle services. The expectation is that a large proportion of the coach trips will consist of day trips within the Netherlands. Trips to foreign countries take place once or a few times per year; these primarily concern destinations in Belgium and Germany.
