TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to conclude one or more framework agreements for providing bus trips for educational activities of the participating school communities. The services include, among other things, transport for excursions, school trips, study/work weeks, sports activities, cultural outings, and other education-related activities both in the Netherlands and abroad. The purpose of this procurement is to contract a high-quality, safe, reliable, and future-proof transport partner who, during the term of the agreement, can meet the diverse transport needs of the participating school communities. The total expected annual transport demand is more than 30 bus trips per year per school community. The exact scope of the assignment depends on the activities organized by the participating school community and may fluctuate during the term. No rights may be derived from the aforementioned numbers and/or assignment value.
