TENDER DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to the terms of reference, the structures designated there are to be subjected to a structural inspection. In doing so, in accordance with VV WSV 2101 § 6 paragraph 3 no. 1, all—also the hard-to-access—structural components are to be inspected manually using all required auxiliary equipment. The structural inspection assesses the condition of the structures with regard to load-bearing capacity and fitness for use, insofar as this is required for the safety and orderly condition of the structures and their traffic safety. The BWI 2027/2028 is to be carried out on the basis of four 4 contracts. The BWI, the inspection surveying, the cable testing, and under the fourth contract are to document more precisely the crack surfaces of the reinforced concrete for long-term observation (e.g. with georeferenced photogrammetry). The baseline investigation required for this invitation to tender is part of the contract for the BWI.
