TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Karlshamn announces this on behalf of Karlshamnsbostäder AB, reg. no. 556526-8355. The procurement relates to a framework agreement for construction works in a partnering arrangement, a framework agreement that covers the entire company’s property portfolio. The portfolio may change during the term of the framework agreement, as properties may be sold or added. The framework agreement covers ongoing external/internal maintenance of the properties. Contracted (called-off) works may also include alterations and extensions within the portfolio. In connection with these projects, any necessary ancillary works may also be included, such as earthworks, etc. The contracted (called-off) works are expected to be carried out in step with the Contracting Authority, in consultation with the Contractor, deciding which contracts are to be called off and in what order the contracts are to be called off and carried out.
