TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract comprises services provided by building designers in construction and civil engineering, including, among other things, structural calculations, sizing/dimensioning, drawings, 3D modelling, investigations, structural engineering expertise, and other typical tasks for a building designer. Assignments may involve, above all, refurbishment of buildings, but new-build projects may also occur. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Contract with three (3) suppliers. The Contract’s estimated turnover is one million two hundred thousand (1 200 000) Swedish kronor per year. The Contract’s maximum value is sixteen (16) million Swedish kronor for the entire contract period of eight (8) years. Estimated turnover and maximum value are neither binding nor to be regarded as a commitment. This procurement is not divided into framework areas. A building designer is a single occupational role, so this procurement cannot be divided. The supplier shall submit a tender for all requested services.
