The framework agreement covers building materials for both new construction and ongoing maintenance of properties. Goods must be available for purchase in-store to accommodate urgent and unforeseen needs that may arise in connection with property management. The framework agreement includes building materials, flooring materials, as well as the suppliers' complete product range within these areas.
