TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the new construction of 2 similar residential buildings, rectangular in plan approx. 20 (21) x 15 m, four-storey with a habitable attic, each containing 14 apartments, with a hipped roof and balconies. These are buildings made from traditional materials (concrete belts, ceramic masonry, reinforced concrete ceilings, classic roof truss with concrete tile roofing). The contract also includes the construction of an access road, sidewalks, and a parking area for 34 cars, on-site sanitary and stormwater sewerage with a retention tank, water supply connection, and public lighting. A more detailed specification is provided in Appendix No. 1 – Project Documentation and Appendix No. 2 – List of works, supplies and services with the Bill of Quantities.
