TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the selection of a contractor for a new-build project: Residential building – SO01 A Multi-purpose building A with three storeys uses a change in terrain for a barrier-free entrance to the 1st NP in the 1st PP 2nd NP is concluded with a flat roof with the installation of photovoltaic panels. With regard to operations, the individual levels are connected by a lift and a staircase. Residential building – SO01 B Residential building B is single-storey, not underbasement, with an extensive retention green roof area. The building consists of two wings forming the letter “L”. The footprint thus responds organically to the Osiník watercourse and creates an internally semi-enclosed space. The rear “terrace” façade is rhythmically structured by extended dividing walls in a dark orange finish. In the central part, in connection with both structural volumes, at the exit to the adjacent plot, a resting place is designed, covered by standard biometric pergolas.
