TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the selection of a supplier for a new-build project: Residential building – SO01 A Multi-purpose building A with three storeys uses a change in terrain for a barrier-free entrance to the 1 NP in the 1 PP. 2NP ends with a flat roof with photovoltaic panels installed. With regard to operations, the individual levels are connected by a lift and a staircase. Residential building – SO01 B Residential building B is a single-storey, unbasemented building with a retention extensive green roof area. The building consists of two wings forming the letter L. The floor-plan footprint therefore responds organically to the watercourse Osiník and creates an internal semi-enclosed space. The rear “terrace” façade is rhythmically designed with extended dividing walls in dark orange execution. In the central part, where the two floor-plan volumes connect at the exit to the adjacent plot, a place to rest is proposed, covered with standard biometric pergolas.
