TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the selection of a contractor for a new-build: Residential building – SO01 A Multi-purpose object A with three floors uses a change in terrain for a barrier-free entrance to the 1st NP in the 1st PP. The 2nd NP is terminated with a flat roof with the installation of photovoltaic panels. With regard to operations, the individual levels are connected by a lift and a staircase. Residential building – SO01 B Residential building B is a single-storey, above-basement building with a retention extensive green roof area. The structure consists of two wings forming the letter L. The building footprint thus organically responds to the watercourse Osiník and creates an internal semi-enclosed space. The rear “terrace” façade is rhythmically designed with extended dividing walls in a dark orange finish. In the central part, in connection with both floor plan volumes, at the exit to the adjacent plot, a resting area is designed, covered by standard biometric pergolas.
