TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the selection of a supplier for a new-build project: Residential building – SO01 A Multi-purpose building A with three storeys uses a change in terrain for a step-free entrance to 1 NP in 1 PP; 2NP is completed with a flat roof with the installation of photovoltaic panels. With regard to operation, the individual levels are connected by a lift and a staircase. Residential building – SO01 B Residential building B is a single-storey, not basement-built building with a retention extensive green roof area. The building consists of two wings forming the letter L. The footprint thus responds organically to the watercourse Osiník and creates an internal semi-enclosed space. The rear “terrace” façade is rhythmically structured by projecting partition walls in dark orange execution. In the central part, in connection with both floorplan masses, at the exit to the adjacent plot, a relaxation area covered with standard biometric pergolas is proposed.
