TENDER DESCRIPTION

BZP.271.73.2026 Execution of works (...) under the name: „(...) Construction of (...) a cycle path; section I – from the end of the existing path by the footbridge at the height of ul. Wiśniowieckiego to Skałki n/Kamienicą” I. The subject of the contract is the performance of works necessary to deliver the investment task provided for under the agreement, entitled: „Construction of integrated cycle paths in the area of Nowy Sącz, Task 2: Construction of a tourist-running-cycling cycle path road; section I – from the end of the existing path by the footbridge at the height of ul. Wiśniowieckiego to Skałki n/Kamienicą”. II. By carrying out the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged, in particular, to perform the following works: 1) Surfacing/strengthening of part of the plot, 2) preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of acceptance/hand-over documents, 3) notifying the Contracting Authority of the completion of the works. III. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for carrying out the investment have been specified in the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia).
