TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive design and execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled “Support for economic development of the revitalisation area by developing the Maślanego Market area in Nowy Sącz” – under the “design and build” mode, including: 1. preparing design documentation and obtaining all necessary arrangements, opinions, administrative decisions and permits required for the implementation of the Investment; 2. carrying out construction works specified in the design documentation, supplying, installation, start-ups, tests, commissioning, handing over complete as-built documentation and performing any other services necessary to achieve the objective; 3. obtaining all required decisions on permission for use, including for Stage I and for Stages II and III; 4. performing author’s supervision throughout the entire period of the investment’s implementation.
