BZP.271.79.2026 Performance of works (...) under the name: Adaptation of the building of Primary School No. 16 (...) to meet the needs of persons with disabilities as part of the “Regional Differences Equalisation Programme III” I. The subject of the contract is the adaptation of the building of Primary School No. 16 with Integration Units named after the Lwów Eaglets in Nowy Sącz at Bora Komorowskiego 7 Street to meet the needs of persons with disabilities as part of the “Regional Differences Equalisation Programme III”. II. The detailed scope of the above construction works together with the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract and the conditions for carrying out the investment, subject to point III, other than the planned contractual provisions – Appendix No. 2 to the specification – further define in particular the following documents: 1) Contract documents - design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter: STWiORB), - which constitute Appendix No. 1 to the specification.
