• Data Handling: The contract involves handling personal and/or other sensitive electronic information. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with a recognized third-party standard, specifically Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
• AI Usage: Any use of AI in research must be agreed upon with the Client and explained in published findings. AI use must comply with GDPR, and data should not be used to train AI models.
• Qualitative and Quantitative Datasets: All collected datasets from primary research, including anonymized interview transcripts, must be provided via Objective Connect, and all other copies must be destroyed.
• Regular Updates: Fortnightly updates are required, including a review of progress against set objectives and other information to be agreed upon during the inception meeting.
• Urgent Information Requests: The successful Bidder must provide requested information within 24 hours of receipt, unless an alternative is agreed with the Client.

• The services must comply with the Specification, relevant legislation (including welfare, modern slavery, employment rights, Official Secrets Acts, Finance Act, tax evasion prevention), and any applicable British or European standards, policies, rules, codes of practice, procedures, and standards.

• All deliverables, except regular email updates, should be shared via Objective Connect.
• The successful Bidder will be required to register for Objective Connect to facilitate secure document transfer.
• Payment may be withheld by the Client until outputs are completely satisfactory, potentially requiring several iterations and discussions over content and presentation.
