TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the service of treating pretreated organic waste from the composting plant of the Vallès Oriental Regional Waste Treatment Center, hereinafter CCTRVO, must be carried out, and to set the general conditions for the award and execution that contracts based on this Framework Agreement must comply with. Likewise, this Framework Agreement, as a system for the technical rationalization of contracting, includes the selection of the natural or legal persons who may provide the aforementioned service.
