TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the service for the treatment of pre-treated organic material from the composting plant of the Vallès Oriental Regional Waste Treatment Center, hereinafter CCTRVO, must be carried out, and to set the general awarding and execution conditions to which the contracts based on this Framework Agreement must conform.
