TENDER DESCRIPTION

Water board Noorderzijlvest intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for carrying out emergency works on sewer pressure pipelines within the water board’s area of responsibility. The work will be carried out on call and relates to unforeseen malfunctions, defects and damage that require immediate deployment in order to limit risks to the environment, safety and the continuity of the wastewater chain. The contractor must be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to locate damage, carry out repair work and take temporary measures. The assignment also includes all necessary ancillary work, including traffic and safety measures, dewatering, earthworks, provision of materials and disposal of released materials. Planned maintenance, replacements and project-based work are not part of this assignment. The estimated contract value is € 350,000 exclusive of VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is € 525,000 exclusive of VAT.
