TENDER DESCRIPTION

Waterschap Noorderzijlvest intends to enter into a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of emergency works on wastewater pressure pipelines within the management area of the water authority. The work is carried out on call and relates to unforeseen failures, defects and damage that require immediate deployment in order to limit risks to the environment, safety and the continuity of the wastewater chain. The contractor must be available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to locate damage, carry out repair work and take temporary measures. The assignment also includes all necessary ancillary works, including traffic and safety measures, dewatering, earthworks, provision of materials and disposal of released materials. Planned maintenance, replacements and project-based works do not form part of this assignment. The estimated contract value is € 350,000 exclusive of VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is € 525,000 exclusive of VAT.
