TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract to be awarded has as its object the purchase of an Information Campaign - Information, education and communication services, necessary within the project "Control of cervical cancer through equitable access to quality services: strengthening the capacity of the national screening program – CLARA," in accordance with the provisions of the Tender Specifications, the Technical Proposal and the Contract. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications is 18 days before the submission date of offers. The contracting authority responds to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
