TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the planned assignment is, according to the draft contract (see contract documents—contract conditions), the specialist planning services for Technical Building Equipment - ELT (plant groups 4-5, 7 in part) pursuant to §§ 55 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 (LPH 1-9), as well as special services pursuant to the contract. The assignment is carried out in accordance with the contract conditions (see contract documents—contract conditions). Upon completion of the negotiated procedure, the contract will commission service level I: service phases 1-2 and special services. The further service phases are requested separately step by step. If the advertised service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the contract end is expected to be in 2032 (completion of LPH 8).
