TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the planned contract is, in accordance with the draft contract (see contract documents/contract conditions), the services of specialist planning Technical Building Equipment - HLS (system groups 1-3, 7, 8) pursuant to § 55 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 (LPH 1-9), as well as Special Services pursuant to the contract. The contract is awarded in accordance with the contract conditions (see contract documents/contract conditions). Upon completion of the negotiated procedure, the contract is concluded to commission Service Level I: Performance Phases 1-2 and Special Services. The other performance phases are called up separately in stages. If the advertised performance phases 1-8 are commissioned, the contract end is expected to be in the year 2032 (completion of LPH 8).
