TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the planned contract award for the project is, according to the draft contract, the architectural design of the building and interiors in accordance with § 34 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10, service phases 1-9, as well as special services. The contract award is carried out in accordance with the contract conditions (see contract conditions documents) and by individual service phases. Upon completion of the negotiation procedure, service stage I: service phases 1 to 2 including special services will be contractually awarded. The further service phases will be called off separately step by step. If the announced service phases 1-8 are awarded, the contract is expected to end in 2032 (completion of service phase 8).
