TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the planned contract for the project is, according to the contract draft, the object planning of the building and interior in accordance with § 34 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10, service phases 1-9 as well as special services. The contract is awarded according to the contract conditions (see contract conditions documents) and by individual service phases. Upon completion of the negotiation procedure, service level I: service phases 1 to 2 as well as special services will be contractually commissioned. The further service phases will be separately requested step by step. If the tendered service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the contract is expected to end in 2032 (completion of service phase 8).
