TENDER DESCRIPTION
The consultation is broken down into two technical phases as follows: - Phase No. 1: RD 925 - Upgrade to 2 x 2 lanes between Dieppe and Saint-Martin-en-Campagne (delegated commune of Petit-Caux) - Phase No. 2: RD 925 - Development of a roundabout - Access to Eurochannel III Zone - Communes of Petit Caux and Martin Église The time allowed for performance of the services is set by the contracting authority under the conditions below. The time allowed for performance of the services for technical phase No. 1 is set at 18 months from the works start order for that phase. The time allowed for performance of the services for technical phase No. 2 is set at 4 months from the works start order for that phase. In the event that the technical phases overlap, the overall time allowed for performance of the services shall not exceed 18 months. A preparation period is established. By way of derogation from Article 28.1 of the CCAG for works, this preparation period is not included in the performance period.
