TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of all-day meals for patients of the Independent Public Health Care Facilities Complex in Ostrów Mazowiecka and the Long-Term Care Facility in Małkini Górnej together with the rental of premises. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex No. 2 to this SWZ. When performing the contract, the conditions contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ must be complied with.
