TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: “Year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads under the administration of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) — Rzeszów Branch, divided into 4 parts: Part 1 — maintenance of national roads of the Przemyśl Area — A-4 motorway on the section Rzeszów East (excluding the junction) to Jarosław Zachód (with the junction). The subject of the contract includes performing during the period from 01.05.2027 to 30.04.2031; and if the agreement is signed after 01.05.2027, it will apply from the protocol handover date of the roads for maintenance until 30.04.2031, with the maximum total duration of the Agreement, together with the option right referred to in § 1(8), not exceeding 48 months from the start of performance of the agreement, for year-round works including winter and current road maintenance, in particular: - maintenance of road surfaces and engineering structures - maintenance of shoulders and median strips - maintenance of the road body - maintenance of drainage - maintenance of sidewalks and cycle paths - maintenance of signage - maintenance of traffic safety devices - maintenance of the aesthetics of…
