TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is to carry out an analytical characterisation campaign designed with cost-optimisation criteria, which will be carried out in compliance with the regulatory obligations arising from the Catalonia Sanitation Plan and the Protocol between the Catalan Water Agency (ACA) and the Catalonia Waste Agency, by which the procedure for monitoring the concentration of heavy metals in sludge from urban WWTPs intended for agronomic recovery is approved. The analytical characterisation must be carried out by a certified laboratory with ISO 17025 relating to analysis of the sludge matrix and must be accredited by the Office for Authorisation of Collaborating Entities in this field: LA-AIG, campaign LAE-L, of treatment plant sludge.
