TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a service contract with one (1) contractor for the development of an open carpool network for travellers to and/or from the regions in North Brabant and Limburg, supported by a carpool application and a targeted approach to activation among employers, healthcare institutions and educational institutions. SmartwayZ.NL carries out the procurement for five implementing organisations: the 3 implementing organisations in Limburg (Trendsportal, Midden-Limburg Bereikbaar and Zuid Limburg Bereikbaar) and 2 implementing organisations in North Brabant (Brainport Bereikbaar and Brabant Bereikbaar), with the aim of a uniform working method and economies of scale in setting up a solid carpool network.
