TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the design and supply of a new solution for an electronic file management service (eSSL), including ensuring the administration and maintenance of the eSSL from the day of its delivery and acceptance (Operation), ensuring further development and the addition of functionalities of the eSSL in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements (Development) and other services in accordance with the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 3 to the tender documentation. The subject matter of the public contract is also described in detail in the technical specification, which forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation. The technical specification contains the contracting authority’s requirements regarding the form of the new eSSL solution, its operation and service support. The cited requirements are supplemented by an enumeration of the contracting authority’s functional and non-functional requirements for the subject matter of the public contract.
