TENDER DESCRIPTION
The advertised framework agreement covers building maintenance in the area of flooring works for Wohnbau Mainz (usually in an occupied condition) within the city area. The specific content and scope of the service as well as the place and time of its provision are specified in the respective individual contract. The works are carried out in company-owned and managed residential buildings in Mainz and suburbs. The refurbishment of the apartments may consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also several rooms, entire apartments, or staircases. The contractor will only act on the basis of a separate commission from the client each time. The total contract volume is estimated at €400,000 annually (net). It is planned to award the contract volume through individual orders to up to 4 companies. The contractor has no entitlement to a minimum annual turnover. A minimum number of orders is not guaranteed. Contract duration The contract is concluded for two years. It will be extended by one more year (maximum two extension options), unless it is terminated in writing at least 3 months before its respective expiry.
