TENDER DESCRIPTION

The advertised framework agreements cover building maintenance in the area of painting and wallpapering of occupied residential buildings in Mainz within the city area. The specific content and scope of the work as well as the location and timing of its execution are derived from the respective individual order. The work is carried out in company-owned as well as managed residential buildings in Mainz and its suburbs. The repair of the apartments can consist of individual rooms or parts thereof, but also several rooms, entire apartments (in the context of new occupancies), or stairwells. The contractor (AN) will only be active on the basis of a separate order from the client. The total order volume is estimated at approximately €900,000 (net) per year. The order volume is planned to be awarded through individual orders to 5 companies. The contractor has no claim to a minimum annual turnover; a minimum number of orders is not guaranteed. Contract duration: The contract will be concluded for 2 years.
