TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deliveries of electric passenger vehicles, always including: • 2 keys or remote controls for the respective Passenger Vehicle; • a second set of tires including rims (summer or winter depending on the delivery date of the Passenger Vehicle), and if relevant based on valid and effective legislation, also always including: • a printed and/or electronic version of the manual, i.e., instructions for use and maintenance of the respective Passenger Vehicle in the Czech language; • a printed and/or electronic version of the service logbook (hereinafter "Service Logbook") for the respective Passenger Vehicle; • the original vehicle registration certificate for the Passenger Vehicle in printed or electronic form (only if the procedure under paragraph 8 third and fourth sentences of Article I. of the Framework Agreement is not applied); • the CoC (Certificate of Conformity) sheet (if the procedure under paragraph 8 third and fourth sentences of Article I. of the Framework Agreement is applied); • the original technical inspection report for the Passenger Vehicle, or the certificate of technical fitness of the Passenger Vehicle; • a detailed breakdown of claims for operation and maintenance…
