TENDER DESCRIPTION
Consultation launched by a group of contracting authorities (City of CANNES, CACPL and SICASIL). The framework agreement will be carried out by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid at unit prices. The City of Cannes offers users an outsourced IT assistance service (Help Desk). Management of this scope is carried out by the Joint Information Systems and Telecommunications Service.
