The contract has a total duration of 60 months, excluding any options for extension. The execution of the contract is scheduled to begin a maximum of 7 months after the contract stipulation date.

- Centralized Logistics Center Macro Area: Complete execution of activities within a maximum of 7 months from the contract stipulation.
- Transport, Transit Point, and Handling Macro Areas: Complete execution of activities within a maximum of 11 months from the contract stipulation, with potential for earlier completion linked to an acceleration premium for the Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation. The 60-month contract duration officially begins from the 7th month following the contract stipulation to ensure alignment of all activity deadlines. The payment of the fee/tariff will commence only upon the full completion of all activities.
- Start-up Phase for Movement Services (B and C): An initial start-up phase of eight full months is planned for the activation of internal movement services, preceding the full operational regime.
The contracting authority has options for extending the contract:
- Renewal: The contract may be renewed for an additional period of 24 months.
- Proroga (Extension): The contract can also be extended for a maximum period of 12 months.
The contract will be stipulated no earlier than 32 days after the final award communication is sent, and within 60 days of the award, unless specific provisions apply.
