TENDER DESCRIPTION
Introduction Ross-on-Wye Town Council is inviting quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and handover of a fully compliant Changing Places Toilet facility. Project Scope The works required include design, manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning, registration, training, warranties, groundworks, services connections and planning support of a Changing Places Toilet. The successful contractor will be responsible for a turnkey service delivering the works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and liaising with Ross-on-Wye Town Council to minimise disruption to the building's daily use. The successful contractor will be responsible for the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles. To provide comprehensive training for Ross-on-Wye Town Council staff covering the safe operation of equipment, routine cleaning requirements and recommended inspection frequencies.
