TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the provision of an AI-supported chatbot solution. It must process requests in natural language and generate responses on the basis of information sources approved by BGE. The scope of services includes the provision, implementation and operation of a chatbot solution, including the required software components, administration functions, knowledge management functions, security mechanisms, as well as the contractually agreed operating and support services. The basis is, ideally, an already available, configurable standard solution. It includes the configuration of existing standard functions, the setup of the agreed knowledge sources, and the integration of an existing standard chat component into the BGE website.
