TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the modernisation of its statistical information system, Statistique Vaud (StatVD) is seeking a business project manager in a services rental (LSE) in order to lead, alongside the project manager of the DGNSI, a strategic transformation programme covering a period of approximately four years. This project aims in particular to replace the statistical analysis tool currently in use, to migrate existing processing to a new platform, to modernise the capacity for disseminating statistical data and to strengthen the efficiency, sustainability and security of data management. The transformation will cover all Office activities and will directly impact around thirty male and female employees. The resource to be provided will be involved mainly in the business aspects of the project, in particular governance, planning, coordination of internal teams, conducting migration activities, change support and the interface with stakeholders.
