TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the modernisation of its statistical information system, Statistique Vaud (StatVD) is seeking a business project manager on a service leasing (LSE) basis in order to manage, alongside the DGNSI project manager, a strategic transformation programme covering a period of approximately four years. In particular, this project aims to replace the statistical analysis tool currently in use, migrate existing processing to a new platform, modernise the data dissemination capabilities for statistical data, and strengthen the efficiency, long-term viability and security of data management. The transformation will involve all of the Office’s activities and will directly affect some thirty employees. The resource provided will be involved mainly in the business aspects of the project, in particular governance, planning, coordination of internal teams, management of migration activities, change support, and the interface with stakeholders.
