TENDER DESCRIPTION
Various surgical sutures are purchased. The preliminary quantities of the goods are provided. The value of the framework agreement is equal to the amount of funds allocated for the purchase (budget) (excluding VAT) for the acquisition of the goods specified in the procurement documents and in the Agreement. The Agreement is valid for 24 months, but no longer than the framework agreement’s initial value will be used. If, within 24 months from the date the Agreement enters into force, the initial value of the framework agreement is not used up, the Agreement may be extended for 12 months, but no longer than the initial value of the framework agreement will be used up.
