TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) intends, as part of the NBC – Nouveau Bâtiment Centre project, to procure, supply and install media supply units (ceiling supply units) by means of a competitive procedure with negotiations in accordance with Article 67 of the Law of 8 April 2018 on public procurement. The contract includes delivery, installation, commissioning and customer service for various ceiling supply units in operating theatres, intensive care units, endoscopy, anaesthesia and monitoring areas. In a first phase, requests to participate are submitted. After assessing eligibility, a maximum of three candidates will be admitted to submit tenders and to take part in negotiations.
