TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of comprehensive design documentation for the restoration and new functional use of the premises of the immovable cultural monument Chleborád Villa at the address Smetanova 756/14, 602 00 Brno, including the Janáček cottage and the adjacent garden, for the purpose of establishing the Leoš Janáček Centre as a museum, educational, cultural and visitor complex focused on presenting the life and work of Leoš Janáček and further developing his legacy. The design solution will also include the proposal for a permanent exhibition and its coordination with the site’s building, interior, and technological solutions, within the scope set out by the tender documents.
