TENDER DESCRIPTION

Contract awarded pursuant to Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. This consultation is a re-launch of procedure no. 25661, which was declared without further action due to errors in the definition of the requirement. The assignment entrusted shall be an assignment within the meaning of Law No. 93-1418 of 3 December 1993 (CSPS level 1 with the establishment of a CISSCT) and the texts issued for its implementation, supplemented by the assignment titled “Setting up an access control and verification system for the compliance of personnel working on site” (Article 10.9.2 of the contract). All the assignments are detailed in the AE that serves as the terms of reference. The estimated duration of the works is 48 months, with a planned start in September 2029. The estimated budget for the works is EUR 40,000,000.00 exclusive of tax (including VRD). The contract is awarded on a revisable fixed-price basis. Participation in this consultation is reserved for Health and Safety Coordinators possessing the required competencies within the meaning of Articles R.4532-25 and R.4532-26 of the French Labour Code.
